Cancellation policy

Cancelling a reservation:

(1) A confirmed reservation may be changed or cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the start of the rental period.

(2) If you cancel less than 24 hours before the rental period begins, or in case of a no-show, ANTARES CARS does not refund any part of the amount prepaid. In that case, the prepaid amount may be applied to a future reservation;

(3) You may cancel an online reservation in any of the following ways:

  • via your customer account or the contact form on our website antares-cars.com;
  • by e-mail to [email protected] — please include the reservation number and date;
  • by phone: +34 602 60 89 75.

(4) If the renter switches to a lower vehicle class than booked, any price difference is not refunded.

(5) ANTARES CARS may refuse a reservation if it cannot supply the booked vehicle (or an equivalent); any amount paid by the renter will be refunded in full.

(6) may refuse a reservation at vehicle handover at the duty manager’s discretion; any prepaid amount will be refunded to the renter.

(7) A rental extension may be requested online at antares-cars.com (including payment) or at an office of , at least one day before the current rental agreement ends.

Pricing depends on the extension period and the vehicle, according to rates valid on the request date, including any mandatory “full coverage” or similar fee if offered for that booking.

(7.1) The renter must not drive a ANTARES CARS vehicle while the agreement is expired, not renewed, or unpaid. Otherwise may take legal action, including to recover the vehicle’s market value and compensation for losses.

(7.2) reserves the right to refuse a rental extension request.
